Radiant Logistics rose 6.5% in Thursday’s afternoon trade after the company reported financial results for fiscal Q1, with better-than-expected earnings and revenue that fell short.
For the quarter ended Sept. 30, the provider of multi-modal transportation and logistics services said late Wednesday adjusted earnings attributable to common stockholders was $0.08 per share, compared with the prior-year period’s $0.09 per share. Analysts polled by Capital IQ were expecting EPS of $0.05.
Revenue was $195.1 million, down 9.5% from $215.5 million in the same quarter last year. The Street view is for revenue of $202.4 million.
